How to Redeem an Access Code in STQRY Guide

If you’ve purchased or received an access code, you can use it to unlock tours in STQRY Guide. Codes can be redeemed in both the web app and the mobile app.

Steps to Redeem Your Code

Option 1: From Your Confirmation Email

Open the confirmation email you received after purchase.
Click on the Redeem Tour button in the email.
The tour will open in STQRY Guide, already unlocked for you.

Option 2: From the Web App or Mobile App

Open the STQRY Guide app (web or mobile).
Tap or click Enter Code.
Enter your access code.
Enter the same email address you used when purchasing the code.
Tap Unlock to access your tour.

Tips

Make sure you’re using the same email address you entered during purchase.
If the code doesn’t work right away, double-check the spelling and try again.
Codes can be used on multiple devices as long as you log in with the same email.
